Starting a Neighbourhood Watch
Talk to your neighbours to see how much interest there is: you need about 50% or more of households to be members if the scheme is to be viable.
Contact your local Police Station to arrange for a meeting with one of your local Community Beat officers by telephoning 0845 045 45 45, or send us an e-mail.
- Eastleigh for Chandler's Ford, Valley Park, Eastleigh, Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath;
- Hedge End for West End, Hedge End, Botley, Bursledon, Hamble and Netley;
- Romsey for North Baddesley, Romsey, Ampfield and all villages in the southern part of Test Valley.
At the meeting decide on a Coordinator, Deputy and perhaps a committee to keep the scheme running.
